Insurance May Cover Your Massage Services

If you have been injured due to an AUTOMOBILE or MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT or if you were injured ON THE JOB, you may qualify to have the insurance company billed. In most instances if approved they will pay for 100% of your therapeutic massage services. This would require a prescription from your doctor for massage services.

To see if you qualify, please click on the link below, print and fill out the Insurance Billing Questionnaire Form and fax that and your prescription from your doctor to the fax number listed at the bottom of the form.

We do not bill medical insurance companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health and Preferred Choices. Although sometimes therapeutic massage services may be reimbursed by your medical insurance company, please contact them directly for details.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s)

Most HSA’s cover massage services. Please check with the Human Resources Department at your place of employment for details on how your account is set-up or with your insurance company if you are privately insured.

Teachers and Educators

Many times therapeutic massage services are reimbursable. Please contact your Human Resources Department for details.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you respectfully give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. 231-421-5213

We charge ½ price for the first missed session and full price for all others after if we are unable to fill your late cancelled appointment. Cancelling of an appointment in less than 24 hours or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate will result in the forfeiting of that certificate.  Recognizing that we do set aside the scheduled time just for you, have other clients to consider and have to maintain a smoothly running business, we do find it necessary to charge for appointments that are repetitively changed on the day of the scheduled appointment.  Existing clients or insurance clients who have cancelled on us at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointments with a credit card. Refusal to provide us with credit card information may result in termination of our relationship.
